A Little Holiday Project That Grew Out of My Co-Working Sessions

The idea for this calendar didn’t come from a strategy meeting or a marketing brainstorm. It came from something much simpler: my monthly co-working sessions.

Every time we meet, I offer a prompt to help everyone get started. And without fail, the same thing happens: people look up, surprised, and say some version of:

“I didn’t realize I had so much to say.”

One prompt, and suddenly they’re writing post after post. Ideas come easily. Their voice comes through. They reconnect with their clients and their mission. It’s such a beautiful moment to watch.

After a few sessions like this, I started thinking… My book is full of ideas. My workbook has structured exercises and prompts. But what about something entrepreneurs could have right in front of them, something they could turn to anytime they feel stuck or disconnected from their message?
