Sophie Lechner has a Bachelor’s of Law from King’s College in London, a Maîtrise de Droit and a DESS (Bachelor's and Master's) from Université de Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne, and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia University in New York.
Sophie began her career in international management spanning several countries and functions in global corporations including British Petroleum, Pfizer and Bayer.
After 25 years in the corporate world, Sophie founded The Global Growth Experience to accelerate mid-size companies' global expansion. She helped them successfully enter new markets by providing strategic advice, a network of experts and a roadmap to navigate cultural differences. She also led Cross-Cultural training and workshops for international teams.
Over her career she has built a large, deep and solid network around the world, both in person and via networking on LinkedIn. This has led to speaking engagements in the US and abroad, podcast invitations, finding clients and JV partners, and an interview in Forbes.
